We are a small business and do not have a receptionist on staff. If you schedule something online or via phone/text, we will always be there for your scheduled appointment. If you stop in and our door is closed, we are likely in with a client or have completed all of our scheduled appointments and have closed up shop for the day. Please feel free to give us a call/text at 715-301-8805 if you need to connect.

24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to schedule someone else for this time slot. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $30 fee. Appointments that are missed entirely with no notice will be charged in full. This is not meant to be punitive as we would much rather have a happy client in our office than collect a nominal fee. This is meant to help keep our small business up and running successfully after an unexpected, unpaid gap in our regular business day. If you miss or cancel your appointment on short notice, we cannot often get you back on the calendar for several weeks.

If you need an appointment outside of our normal Monday-Friday hours, times may be available for an additional 20% service fee.
