We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
12-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to schedule someone else for this time slot. If you are unable to provide 12 hours advance notice, you will be charged a $15 service fee, as we may have turned away other appointments or opportunities while honoring your scheduled appointment. If you miss your appointment entirely with no notice, there is a 50% charge. This amount must be paid prior to your next visit.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session you booked. For example: If your appointment is at 2 pm, and you arrive at 2:03 pm, then need time to stop in the restroom and get situated for your scheduled appointment, your session will still end at 3 pm as scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
If you book a session and plan to use a gift certificate, but do not show up for your session, your gift certificate will be considered redeemed. Gift certificates and eGifts must be presented at the time of service.
