We are happy to honor gift certificates in our office. Your gift certificate should be in a flat dollar amount that you can apply towards any service. You are responsible for any balance of payment during your visit. Your gift certificate must be presented at your appointment to be redeemed. If you have a gift certificate, but do not bring it to your appointment, you will be charged for your visit. Cancelation policies apply to all gift certificate appointments. A monthly inactivity fee is assessed to gift certificates not redeemed after one year. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
